DANIEL ABLIN

A graduate of ESRA, Daniel Ablin began his career as an editor and quickly moved on to directing.

His collaborations with Folamour are countless: “Following the Fromanger trail“, directed in collaboration with Serge July (broadcast by Arte, 2015), the 4 52-minute films of the “Cult ! “Series on cultural globalization for France 5 (Sept 2014). But also “Once upon a time…Santa Claus is a stinker” for France 5 (2011), part of the collection “A film and its era” and many others…

In addition, companies such as Michelin / Airbus astrium / Sncf / Accor / Air France / Nissan / Renault / Nespresso / Coca Cola Atlanta / L’Oréal / Christian Dior Parfum / Yves Saint-Laurent makeup / Danone / Groupama / Decathlon / … have entrusted him with ambitious corporate films. And Atol / Créaline / Acuvue / Carte Aurore / Europe Online / Magnum / Canal Sat / Silvikrin / Chocolat Lanvin / Coca Cola Light / … have commissioned him to produce their advertising films. Daniel Ablin is also the director of numerous TV shows, portraits and short programs for TF1, France 2, France 3, M6, Canal+. These include 60 films “My trophy, my victory” (2014-2015) for M6, portraits of trophy-winning athletes, with, among others, Yannick Noah, Nicolas Batum, Loïc Peyron, Richard Dacoury, Alain Bernard…

Daniel Ablin also produced the credits for TF1’s newscast, which was on air for nine years (1997-2006). Since 1991, his opening credits open the ceremonies of the Cannes Film Festival and in the years 2009 and 2010, he directed the “coming next” of the Grand Journal.

Last but certainly not least, He is also passionate about photography and publishes “DanieLab”, the lab of his photographic peregrinations, every 6 months or so, 11 issues of which are already available.
