STENKA QUILLET
Stenka Quillet is a journalist and documentary filmmaker. She has worked on agricultural models and their impact on people, the environment and nutrition. Among other things, she has directed “La guerre des graines” (The Seed War) for France 5 (2014), “Cargill: la faim justifie les moyens ?” (Cargill : hunger justifies the means?) for Canal + (2015) and a survey on the tax practices of LVMH and its boss: “Bernard Arnault, l’art de payer moins d’impôts” (Bernard Arnault, the art of paying less taxes) for France 3 in 2018.
In 2019, her book “Les Guerres du Bio” (The Wars of Organic Food) was published by Grasset Editions.
